This knee strap comes with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure strap and buckles for a customized fit, while the centre and outside pads provide substantial support to help with Knee Tendonitis and Jumper’s Knee. Made of breathable nylon and polyester-blend material, you can wear this strap on both knees, through the entire day, without experiencing any discomfort. Wash lightly with soap and water and leave it to air dry.
How to Wear
Step 1. Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against
skin.
Step 2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.
Step 3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. DO NOT constrict blood flow.
Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
